We further believe that children learn by exploring and taking an active role.  We believe in family partnership and community building.  This Center has strong working partnerships with a Board of Directors, a Parent Advisory Committee and Child Care Partners Initiative,the contractor who runs the Center, to provide a program that is of high quality.  We follow not only general rules and regulations as required by our licensing agency, but always strive to implement the best early childhood practices available.
